Currently we are still focusing sell our products inside Indonesia.

SHIPPING

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after recipt of payment are shipped via SiCepat Shipping Company ( www.sicepat.com ) from Bandung to ship all purchase throughout Indonesia. We provide Express (BEST) Service and Regular Service. For Express (BEST) Service may take 1 days to Bandung , 1-2 days to Jakarta and surrounding areas and 2-3 days to other cities in Indonesia (certain distant cities may take little longer). For Regular Service may take 1-2 days to Bandung, 2-3days to Jakarta and surrounding areas and 3-5 days to other cities in Indonesia (certain distant cities may take little longer).

All order shall be proceed during working days Monday to Friday (please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days). Any payment confirmation during weekends or public holiday will be proceed on the next business days.

We shall only ship your order if we receive full amount of payment. As soon as we ship your package, you shall receive the tracking numbers via email that you can check via www.sicepat.com .

SHIPPING COST

• Please refer to www.sicepat.com for the shipping rate.
• You will be charged the shipping cost based on the weight of your order. If your order exceeds 1 kg, you will be charged for another kg to the total of shipping cost.
• Weight of every product is stated on the product details
• Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTION

• candybutton will give the tracking number of your package via email after we handdle the package to SiCepat. This tracking number is used as the ID in case any problems happens.
• candybutton is not responsible for any loss of packages after we handdle to SiCepat.
• candybutton is not responsible for any time delay of shipment from SiCepat, due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no receiepent at the address. Please call SiCepat customer service (021-5663 017) to occur the problems.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We believe your satisfaction is our main concerned. We offers return and exchange the products are ourchase with the following circumtances :

• We guarantee to exchange any products that you received with defect or manufactured failure or in a matter of size. 
• We only accept exchange products with saleable conditions (have not been either wore or washed).
• Shipping also free on the replacement products (limited to 1x exchange).
• Please contact us maximum 7 (seven) days of working days after you receive the product. We will try our very best to assist you.
